At Imperial Shoes, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We only accept returns or exchanges if the shoes have a size issue.
To be eligible for a size exchange:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The shoes must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Returned items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be accepted.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.
Size Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or need a different size, we will arrange an exchange, subject to size availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
